Great Southern Club - December 2013

GULFPORT, Miss – The Great Southern Club has been an advocate for Memorial since 2011, making donations to the Breast Imaging Special Needs Fund to assist underserved women in our community needing breast imaging diagnostic services.  To date, they have donated $5,503.00 have assisted over fifty (50) women.  

On December 5, representatives from Great Southern Club presented Memorial Hospital Foundation with a check for $1,861.00 to be applied to our Breast Imaging Special Needs Fund.

Longtime Assistant Manager at Great Southern Club, Denise Bartula said “We have received letters from women who have been assisted with this fund, thanking us for our generosity.  Each time we receive a letter we post it on the employee bulletin board to remind them of the good work they are providing to our community.”
